Service Description
A form of gymnastics which is performed without the assistance of props; you may also hear it referred to as floor gymnastics. Like other forms of gymnastics, tumbling requires physical strength, flexibility, and stamina. This class focuses on the most basic tumbling skills such as the forward roll, followed by backward roll and cartwheel. Once a person masters these basic skills, he can move on to the round-off. Once the round-off has been mastered, the back-handspring and a variety of somersaults can be added, That include the tuck, pike, straight somersaults. Front tumbling basics include front handsprings, Progressions from the front handspring include the front handspring walkout and a front handspring punch front sequence.
